Q. Are you available out of hours?

A. Yes. If you require a quote, please make sure to mention this.

Q. Are you available for after hour’s emergency callouts?

A. Yes. The office number is transferred to available staff on standby.

Q. How quickly can I get a technician?

A. We can have a technician available anywhere in Sydney within 2 hrs. Please be sure to request this if required at time of booking.

Q. Is there a minimum job size?

A. No. Our standard service charges apply to smaller tasks.

Q. How can I obtain a quote?

A. The fastest method is to email our office the drawings relating to the project, you could also send a brief description of what is required and the site conditions or post all relevant documents.

Q. How quickly can I get a quote back?

A. This generally depends on our suppliers and the types of materials specified.

Q. What areas are you available in?

A. Currently we are available for projects across all of NSW and ACT. Service calls are only available to Sydney City, inner west, outer west, north west and south west Sydney areas to ensure prompt service
